The Everest Gokyo Lakes and Gokyo Ri Trek is an adventurous trekking trip. It is a beautiful mountain glacier. Flying from kathmandu a short flight but quiet adventurous 40 minutes flight until Lukla. And the trek begins from. From Namche Bazaar, we change the way of Everest Base Camp and take the another way which is less crowded route that feels quiet and seeing the row of mountain, pecks they are so breathtaking views. Passing through beautiful villages finally reach the beautiful Gokyo Valley. It seems like the valley is smiling to welcome us together with its shimmering lakes.
We take opportunity to explore four or five among the six of the Gokyo Lakes- the third lake Dudh Pokhari, the fourth lake Thonak Tsho and the fifth lake Ngozumpa Tsho are the main attraction of Gokyo Valley. Likewise we climb up to Gokyo Ri and get mesmerized on the finest Himalayan views. Walking around we explore Ngozumpa Glacier the shows us story about the Bigfoot mountain animal Yeti. After making ourselves believe that paradise in earth is possible and its in the Himalaya, we return back the same route and fly back to Kathmandu.
